How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How long will delivery take? US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited (3–5 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are available at checkout. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in processing. Email support@shirtnari.com immediately with your order number if you need to make a change.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs by region.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes? International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.

My order shows "Delivered" but I have not received it. What should I do? Check with neighbors and your building's front desk first. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If still missing after 3 business days, email support@shirtnari.com with your order number.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging with all parts included. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return? Email support@shirtnari.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if approved. Do not ship items back without prior approval.

Who pays for return shipping? If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Shirtnari covers return shipping. If you are returning for change of mind or ordered the wrong finish, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.

Can I exchange for a different finish or model? We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not process exchanges for finish preference or change of mind.

My item arrived with missing parts. What should I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of what was received, and a description of what is missing. We will send the missing parts or provide a resolution at no cost.

Do your faucets come with installation hardware? Most faucets include standard mounting hardware and a product manual. What plumbing connections do your faucets use? Most faucets in our catalog use standard G1/2 or 3/8 inch compression connections compatible with standard US residential plumbing. Please refer to the specifications section on each product page for exact connection sizes before purchasing.

Do I need a professional plumber to install these fixtures? For faucets and shower heads, experienced DIY installation is possible with basic plumbing knowledge. For concealed shower systems, thermostatic valves, and wall-mounted fixtures that require in-wall work, we recommend professional installation. Improper installation may void return eligibility.

What water pressure do your shower systems require? Most shower systems in our catalog perform optimally at a water pressure between 0.5 and 5 bar (7–72 PSI). Please check the specifications section on the individual product page for exact requirements. If your home has low water pressure, contact us before purchasing and we can advise on suitable models.

Are your finishes resistant to tarnishing and corrosion? Our faucets and fixtures use PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) or electroplated finishes depending on the model. These finishes are designed to resist tarnishing, corrosion, and everyday wear under normal residential use. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, or acidic products, which can damage any metal finish over time.

How do I clean and maintain my fixture? Wipe fixtures with a soft damp cloth after use. For stubborn water spots, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water mark buildup. Never use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or steel wool on any metal finish.

My faucet is dripping after installation. What should I do? A dripping faucet after installation is usually caused by an improperly seated cartridge or a loose connection. Check that all connections are hand-tightened securely and that the cartridge is fully seated. If the issue persists, contact support@shirtnari.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Can I use these fixtures with a tankless water heater? Most standard faucets and shower systems in our catalog are compatible with tankless water heaters. However, some thermostatic shower systems require minimum water pressure and flow rate to activate the heater. Please verify your heater's specifications against the product's requirements before purchase.

Are the shower systems concealed or exposed installation? This varies by model. Concealed shower systems require in-wall valve installation and are labeled "Concealed" in the product title. Exposed or surface-mounted systems attach directly to the wall without in-wall work. Please check the product title and description before purchasing.

I entered the wrong email at checkout. Will I still receive my confirmation? If you entered an incorrect email, you may not receive your order confirmation or tracking email. Contact support@shirtnari.com with your name, approximate order time, and shipping address and we will locate your order.

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All Shirtnari faucets and fixtures carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. The warranty covers internal valve failure, finish defects not caused by misuse, and structural defects under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect water pressure, abrasive cleaning, or physical mishandling.

How do I make a warranty claim? Email support@shirtnari.com with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and advise on the next steps.

What happens if my fixture is damaged during shipping? Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
