Common Questions
Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@shirtnari.com with your order number.
My item arrived damaged or with missing parts. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
Can I return an item? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Installed fixtures are not eligible for return. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do I need a plumber to install these fixtures? For standard faucets and shower heads, experienced DIY installation is possible. For concealed shower systems or any in-wall work, we recommend a licensed plumber. See our FAQ for more installation guidance.
What finish options are available? Most products in our catalog are available in multiple finishes — chrome, matte black, brushed gold, rose gold, antique brass, and brushed nickel depending on the model. Finish options are shown as variants on each product page.
