If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Large & Heavy Items
Some products — including shower systems, bathroom hardware sets, and larger faucet assemblies — may require additional packaging time or freight carrier handling. These items may take additional time to prepare and deliver beyond standard estimates.
Please inspect large or fragile items carefully upon arrival and retain all original packaging until you have confirmed the product is complete and undamaged.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
